As a young man who is as far away from being a possible father as Moses was from witnessing Jesus, I may not be able to really relate, but I still wish you all the best regardless. Your life and health obviously take priority over providing us with a comic, however good it is.
Also, my mother told me that she had a miscarriage as well before she had me, so all is not lost. Even if it won't be this time, it still may happen the next time. I wish you have the happy ending you deserve.
