Staring out the bar’s window, he could see into
the soul of every passerby, so many lives, so many pairs of eyes. It’s so
lively. Sitting down with a glass of wine in hands, the lofty being was lost in
his thoughts. Sighing, All Father takes another sip and keeps studying his creation.
“Found you.” He hears the voice echoing close to him. Distracted by the
outside, All Father wasn’t paying attention to his surroundings. In fact, why
would he? Who would dare approach him with ill intentions? The lofty one turned
to where the voice came and there stands Lars Crimson. Al fondly smiles when he
sees the human in front of him. Lars continues “You’re no fun at all, I was
expecting at least a scare, I’m kinda bummed now…” All Father denies with his
head “I’m actually startled. I just forgot to react when I saw you.”
His words puzzle Lars. What does he mean? Since the feast day at Limbo, Lars couldn’t find him anywhere. “It has been two weeks since I last saw you… I thought you went back to the vault. I’ve been looking for you since then.” – points the red haired human. “I was expecting you to come…” All Father explains. “Now you’re looking into my fate?” Lars questions in a mocking tone. “By no means… You own a big heart, so I guessed this much.” answers the lofty being while pointing at the man’s chest which is exposed by the open buttons of his shirt. "Disgusting..." says Lars with a displeased tone. Al averts his gaze from him and asks “Are you angry?” Lars deep breathes and tries to organize his thoughts for a while. He then proceeds to answer “You know… I am not sure yet. I heard so many bullshit that day that I don’t even know where to start with my anger.”
The man was going to finish his thoughts but is abruptly interrupted by a hand who violently smacks a plate with Al’s order in the table. “Well, I know where to start with mine.” The hand belongs to the owner of the bar, Mago, a man in his mid-twenties wearing a uniform consisting of a white shirt, grey pants and an apron. His black hair is tied in a ponytail so you can see his blonde peekaboo highlights. Visibly angry glaring at an uneasy Lars he tries his best to ask Al with an almost perfect business smile “Would you mind if I borrow him for a minute?” Al nods with his head and the owner kidnaps Lars away.
Mago takes Lars to a corner of the counter where they can still see the bar and the customers, but they can talk in private. “Before you start, can I say I’m sorry?” asks Lars who is quickly scolded “Well, are you? You went missing for almost a month after you used the transporter, Aria said she couldn’t find you anywhere too; we were completely worried thinking you were done for and all of a sudden you show up here safe and sound, alive and well with that flamboyant looking boy?” Lars is speechless. Mago isn’t one to burst out like this, but when he’s right, he’s right. He sighs and continues “Would you mind telling me what happened?” The red haired scratches his head and answers “You see… the transporter worked and I’m fine.” Mago looks to Al who’s still sitting near the window and keeps going “Fine my ass… Since it worked, have you found Ezra?” Lars denies with his head and keeps quiet “Then, I might assume that boy is a nephilim?” Still no response from the red haired, Mago releases an angry sound and punches him in the arm “You’re so annoying! Here I am worried about you and you trying to protect me by not telling things… I hate that side of you. Anyways, at least you showed up, you should tell Aria you’re okay. You promise you’ll be fine?” Lars holding his arm where the owner punched him replies “Trust me. I know it seems weird, but things will be fine. Pinky promise.” He shows the pinky to Mago and they lock the fingers “Take it seriously, if you break this one your finger will rot and fall.” Lars gives him a slight smile and Mago finally seems at ease.
Mago fills a mug with beer and gives to Lars, the red haired was about to go back to where Al was when the bar’s door opens. Two ill looking men enter the place. Wearing black leather attires and some strange weapons in their belts, they start to approach the counter where Lars and Mago were. “Hey Mago~ ♬! Time for your- My my! If it isn’t Lars Crimson!” Mago approaches Lars and the environment delves into this spine-chilling atmosphere. “What do you want?” Asks Lars in a serious tone while the man sneers “Woah, this kitty got claws. You think you can stroll around here in my area without paying your dues?” the weird man puts a strange glove on and starts reaching for Lars wrist. When he touches Lars wrist, he exposes the magitech barcode on it. Lars looks around trying to find Al but the lofty being isn’t on the table he was before. In fact he’s now standing next to the counter near the man. "Huh? When did you-" before he could finish or react, Al pushes the man making he lose his balance and release Lars wrist. Lars grabs his arm and the barcode stops gleaming. The man is fuming “How dare he push me? I’m gonna kill him.” Al’s fist violently hits the man on the side of his chin, the incomparable force sends the man’s body flying inside the bar to the bottom of it. Lars, Mago and the henchman by the door looks to Al in utter shock. In front of the lofty being the möbius that was inside the man is evaporating. “Forgive me, Lars Crimson. I slipped.” states the All Father. The henchman by the door runs away as if he saw a monster. Lars looks at Mago, then to Al and back to Mago. He then jumps over the counter, picks Al up and carries him out of the bar.

In a sidewalk near a gas station, All Father is sitting down waiting. Lars shows up with some beer cans in a bag. Lars extends his hand to him “Give me.” All Father looks confused and Lars elucidates “Your arm.” Al gives him his arm and Lars begins to tape down one of the cans in his wrist. Protecting his skin with a cloth, Lars puts the beer can paralleled to his arm and tapes it. Al looks amused to what Lars made and asks “What are you doing, Lars Crimson?” Lars approaches and sits beside him “First aid. You punched that guy for me; I don’t want your wrist to swell. I tried to find ice but they didn’t have it so I’m improvising.” Al giggles after listening to the red haired. It’s unbelievable that he takes this fond moment to laugh “You wanted me to not be real and now are taking care of me. You are really something else.” states the lofty one. “Don’t ruin the moment, please. I am trying to be nice.” asks Lars.
Lars starts looking away, distracted by the feelings in his head and tries to keep the conversation going. “I really thought you went away. I couldn’t find you anywhere.” – “Be not afraid, you won’t be free from me that easily… I just needed some time to think about everything I saw.” asserts Al. Lars is surprised, he heard something genuine and not masked in jokes or wordplays, that’s really rare coming from him. “You mean that day in Limbo?” Al nods silently, sighing he mumbles “Maybe you were right… I might not be loved by everyone or know everything about humankind…” Lars who just opened a beer can, stops sipping it and reprimands “Oh come on! Don’t play the naïve card on me. You and I know you’re way clever than that.” Al curls himself up and sits holding his knees quietly listening to the human youngling. “But maybe if I also had a goal and kept missing it all the time, I’d give up too.” Al answers him complaining “Oh me… those were harsh words.” Lars grins lightly and concludes his scolding “Isn’t it the truth though? If we don’t say some truths, they swallow us.”
The lofty one stays quiet for a while, he then releases his knees sitting more comfortably. Al stares fondly at Lars. “What?” questions the red-haired and Al answers shaking his head “Nothing. Just you being you.” Lars averts his gaze from Al and states “I kind of like you better that way, more real and less dramatic.” Al smiles back at him. Lars’ concerns are always amusing. Even though Al’s the alpha and the omega, the human still tries to protect him from people, but when they’re alone, he talks to him with no such boundaries. This makes Al feel at ease, this reminds All Father of when he could be himself with his creation. Lars lifts Al up from the sidewalk and says “Come, I wanna show you a place”.
