The world is a dark place. In the year 2070, in New Freedom Nevada, dark is an understatement. The horrific murders of thousands can all be traced to a single man: Lucky. The psychopathic serial killer is wanted on the FBI's blacklist, yet nobody has ever been able to track him down.
