The action begins in the town of Frejus. Beginning of summer vacation. An ordinary guy, Thomas moonlighted in a flower shop with Mrs. Agnes. Enough time has passed from the first “wave” and the first disappearances. The city is slowly sinking into oblivion. Those who have lost loved ones do not remember this. Thomas meets Felix, who has already undergone changes after the first "surf."
