Welcome to the beginning of Jack Tucker's new life. After losing a leg in the army, he was honorably discharged and came back home to live just outside of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. There, he came across one of his old superiors in the army, Colonel McLeigh. After some haggling, the good colonel agrees to sell Tucker his bar, the Abrams. Both men can only guess at what hijinks will ensue in the coming years...
