Julie Palloy lives a quiet life in Whitestones, a small town located in the north of Canada. When her Grandmother suddenly passes away, Julie decides to drop out of college to help her Grandfather manage the antique store they own. One day, Julie receives a parcel with a letter that seems to have been written by her Grandmother. The letter says that Julie is now the new Protector, and that it is her duty to fight against evil creatures that are coming, not just for her, but for the whole world.
