I know you mean well when you put food out for wild mammals, or when you leave out your outdoor cat’s food dish (I’ll address why that’s a problem in a later comic.) But you’re really doing more harm than good, whether you’re feeding deer, bears, coyotes, raccoons, etc.
Species Portrayed: Raccoon (Procyon lotor), domestic dog (Canis lupus familiaris), American robin (Turdus migratorius), monarch butterfly (Danaus plexippus), great blue heron (Ardea herodias), elk (Cervus canadensis), red fox (Vulpes vulpes), snowshoe hare (Lepus americanus), red alder (Alnus rubra), garry oak (Quercus garryana), western sword fern (Polystichum munitum), snake (species unspecified), fish (species unspecified), grass (species unspecified)
This topic is something that cannot be ignored. Yet, in busy rat race we forget some basic stuffs even things we like.. Wow, I said deep words xP Anyways, please keep your great work :)
