After a recent standoff with the Morelli family, Commissioner Fritz has decided to take matters into his own hands by calling upon the Government funded Program, Majestic-7. Despite the Governor's orders, Fritz has let the Cleaner's ride again. Will peace be brought back to Willow City, or be destroyed in an all out war?
