"Helmand: A Graphic Novel" is built around the true story of Corporal David "Hender" Henderson who served on the front-line with the British army in Afghanistan. Hender is preparing for his third tour of Helmand.

Dominic Culverwell - Artist
An award-winning illustrator and journalist from Oxford. Dominic's work has been exhibited internationally, with recent contributions to “The Revolution of Dignity in Ukraine”, and “Pro-Democracy Movement in Hong Kong” art festivals. Dominic combines art and journalism to break down complex topics, and tell important stories, from conflict areas.
Naseem – Artist
Naseem’s illustrated books promoting democracy were distributed to schools throughout Afghanistan. After the Taliban came to power Naseem relocated to Germany. He lives in Hamburg with his wife, children, and cats.
Archana Bhanushali – Digital Manager
Owner and Artist “Ace Tattooz”, Mumbai, India.
