That's the white snake lady - Bai Suzhen. Thousands years ago, she was trapped in a snake trap. But then she was freed by a village boy. She was very thankful for his help. After so many years of practicing her powers, she and her sister the green snake finnaly can turn into humans. One day when they both are walking on a bridge during a rain day, she meets a scholar. She recognise that the scholar was the same person who saved her once.
