This is about reincarnation. Not necessarily the traditional Buddhist or Hindu version. I read about a man who went to heaven. He talked about a lot of things. One of those things was about people (or the disincarnate energy of former people) reincarnating not only as humans but also as things like rain drops and all kinds of other things. Just for the experience. This is a soul incarnating the body of a flower.
