We open up with the introduction of Gaiety County’ sheriff, Antonio Mitchell. At the moment for reasons unclear, he has been fighting with the council of this town for the destruction of the abandoned St. Joy’s hospital. Unfortunately his pleads are unheard, and he is forced to settle.
