The Beginning
It has been 20 years since Red was crowned the champion of the Pokemon League. 20 years since Giovanni took control of the power residing within the Unknown Cave. And 18 years since Team Rocket successfully took over the Kanto region, plunging it into dystopic ruin.
Shiloh Harper is just a 16 year old red-head who was raised in the 5th Rocket Sector (Celadon City) within "The Utopia of Kanto."
Born into the redrafted world of Pokemon, where Pokeballs are banned, ownership is forbidden, and federal cameras line every room of every house and every light of every street corner, Shiloh finds herself restless and aching for change the more she begins to question her world.
What happened to the Kanto that her parents knew?
Where is the fabled Red and the other legendary trainers that had protected the land?
And what are Team Rocket's intentions with all of the Pokemon that they have been harvesting to their facilities?
After a night of interesting events, Shiloh decides to seek the forbidden and forgotten answers. But with Team Rocket watching her every move, it becomes increasingly difficult, and far more dangerous.
