Float is mostly a vent comic for me about less prominent mental illness and how I couldn't accept that I wasn't as healthy as I thought I was and not accepting help only makes the situation worse. I'm still struggling with minor anxiety and self destructive behaviors but I'm much better and I hope to help people with this comic somehow.

A short story following the personification of a conscience , mental illness and the part of us that denies our mental illness. The conscience will be a mediator between the mental illness(Mi) and “neurotypical “ part of the mind(Neuro). I want to show that accepting your mental illness is much better than ignoring it and not getting the help you deserve. Because the main focus is mental illness and battling the mind there will be some heavy moments. I hope for it not to get to graphic but scenes of self harm and violence may happen.
