nope, not really, mature content is more about nudity and stuff that is either NotSafeForWork or inappropriate,
fuck is the most common swear there is, leaves no wonder in nobody's mind imo, you can make a banner-like warning and upload it within comics that include heavy language if you are that sensitive though, its pretty thoughtful, keep it up!
