【12/29/2025】 hello everyone! this is liwa, the author/illustrator! DNA was an avant-garde themed webcomic that i began back in 2017, and was largely inspired by the volatility of life and liminal existence. this was one of my very first projects as a creator, but this comic has long been discontinued, largely due to a lack of motivation to continue at the time.

still, i remain impressed by how much this project gained traction at its prime, and have decided to keep it publicized. while DNA will not be revived any time soon, i do have a project in the back-burner currently codenamed "n-body problem", which will be a spiritual successor to DNA's concepts.

i currently have other creative and personal endeavors before i see this through. should you wish to catch up with how i've been doing, you can find me over on bluesky as luphorics or instagram as liwakio! :')

lastly, before reading, do take caution as DNA does have some slightly dark themes and sudden tonal shifts. thank you for sticking around! ^_^
