11/25 UPDATE:
I'm not dead lol. I am slowly coming back from my hiatus as my animation course is nearly complete. While working on my animation among a few other things, I thought more about what I want to do with "Ouija Kids" and came up with an idea I am going to try out.
Thanks to "Ouija Kids", I will not be making comics ever again, at least not long, long comics that consist of multiple issues and nearly 500 or so colored pencil cringe (at least to me) drawings. I love art and story telling, I just prefer to go about it in different ways. I honestly prefer animation and storyboarding far more that comic making. The practice is just kind of tedious to me now. So here's what will happen with "Ouija Kids";
The rest of Issue #9 will be digitally drawn. I am a lot more comfortable with the program I'm using and may want to test out the comic feature it provides. I'm not liking the look of the comic I have now and just how horribly clustered the design of each panel is. I really want to let this comic breathe and give each panel some more space. Now here's what will happen after Issue #9;
Issues #10-12 will be uploaded to my wix site under my "Stories" section and these next three chapters will function more like a graphic novel rather than a comic. The story will be in text form with a few solid illustrations to coincide. These last three issues will also be told in different perspectives of characters as a way to close character arcs for this first issue, characters including Cheesy, Nico, Allison, Jess, and Jen. I'll post more on that later after Issue #9 is finished. Hope I can get this completed before ANOTHER year of this goes by!
Thank you so much for reading and sticking around :)

UPDATE: Unfortunately I'm going to be going on hiatus, and my longest one since starting the comic. I have so much to do for the next few months I have little time for anything. As much as I want to complete the comic, I am taking up an animation course that requires a lot of time focusing and practicing and less time for "Ouija Kids". Working on that alone takes up so much of my time, it's starting to feel more like a homework project rather than a passion project. I hope it won't take me too long to complete the volume. After Issue 9 there will be two more issues following it as well as a bonus issue that functions more like a short story with accompanying visuals, something closer to my style. More on that for another time.
Thanks for understanding :)

Today marks the one year anniversary of Ouija Kids. To all of my 19 subscribers, thank you so much for sticking around <3
Been on a bit of a hiatus due to graduation applications, my exhausting school schedule, and a family reunion. Expect slower updates from Ouija Kids. Will hopefully have Issue #6 done before the end of March!
:3 I love carrot cake.
