PRESENT DAY

I was at my house sitting hungry and wanted to buy something in the store near by so I went out to have a bite but I what I did was a mistake.I completed my dinner and I was walking on the footpath but all of a sudden my wallet fell on the road and there were no cars or bikes so I went on to the road and was picking my wallet up but all of a sudden a car came and crashed me so hard that I almost broke my back but fell between a small opening near the road and the moment I woke up I was somewhere else . There were hundreds of people lying beside me and then a doctor came in said "wow! extremely awesome my child" . I asked him "WHERE AM I?".
