The last piece of the series, and my personal favorite part of living in Korea, Korean FOOD! Hansik literally translates to Korean Eat, and to be honest, when I first came to Korea I didn't particularly like Korean food and felt everything taste similar. However, over the years, I've grow to love pretty much all Korean food, especially Soondae-guk! On top of that, I find Korea even have some of the best Italian pastas that I've eaten. I'm quite sure it's not authentic Italian, but more of a fusion to suit the taste for Koreans. Being Chinese born in Canada and lived 1/3 of my life in Korea, my weekly meal must consist of 1/3 Chinese, 1/3 Western and 1/3 Korean food :)
Hope everyone enjoy the little mini-Korea series, and I'll be back to the regular mooshy sappy lovey episodes next! If you haven't order already, there're still a few 2020 calendar available at our website!

This is part 12/12 of a mini-series about HJ-Story in Korea! It is part of the 2020 Calendar, but most of all Korea is the magical place where Joo met the love of his life, Kate. It’s also the place where HJ-Story all started, so I thought it would be nice to dedicate a short series on the Korea theme!
HJ-Story all started out as simple drawings sent to my wife via iphone sms. I wasn't good with words so whenever I had time I drew doodles and uploaded to my phone and sent to her.
HJ-Story is a random compilation of our story, daily life, and idea of love.
