Radhi - Present
- What…? – Radhi opens the door with a sleepy face and rubs his right eye with the palm of his hand. Lulu walks into the flat and follows the man after he turns his back to his overexcited sister.
- What do you mean by what? I want to know if you already got a pair for the reception ball. – The young woman lets herself fall onto the black sofa.
- What are you doing here so soon? I was still sleeping…
- Your fault, dearest brother… the least you could’ve done was to text me last night…
- Never heard of “No news, good news”? I was going to tell you everything today… AFTER getting dressed and having a good breakfast while you were preparing me a big cup of coffee.
Lulu jumps up and guides him to the bathroom. She opens the hot water tap.
- Ok… let’s not waste any time then… You’re so lucky for having a sister like me… - As soon as the door is closed, the man takes off his clothes for a quick shower. The sudden noise of some crockery breaking on the floor startled Radhi.
- I’m Ok… I owe you a new cup… Soooooorrryyy… - The female voice screams from the other side.
Her clumsiness is the second reason for them living in separate homes. The first and main reason is the morning excess of energy filled with blabbing and singing. It drove him crazy in the past and still does now. Radhi sighs.

Delilah walks in Mr. Asa’s office and interrupts the old man who is trying to read a document with the glasses on the top of his head.
- Sir… I… I am afraid but I can’t go to the reception. I would like to explain why.
His smile becomes a worried line when he sees Delilah’s tired and nervous face. Mr Asa extends his hand inviting her to sit.
- I am willing to listen to you, my child, hoping that I can solve the reason and you'll go with me to the ball next Saturday.
