She continues looking through the closet until she finds a red dress and immediately smiles. "I should look great in this dress; after all, she and I have the same body." Hahaha.

After choosing the dress and getting dressed, Yang Liu walks down the hallway, descends the stairs, and sees the butler Ling setting breakfast on the dining table.

Butler Ling hears footsteps coming down the stairs and realizes it's Madame.

Yang Liu smiles when she sees the spread of food and thinks she should have enjoyed more life before she died. After all, she always felt guilty about spending money on food and saved on everything, just to be able to travel in the future.

She sighs, "It was a waste of time saving so much."

Yang Liu snaps back to her senses and asks the butler, "Where is Han Wei's room?"

Butler Ling widens his eyes and says, "The young master's room is at the end of the hallway."

Yang Liu acknowledges and heads back up the stairs. She goes to the end of the hallway and knocks on the door.

Knock knock

She doesn't hear any noise from inside the room and decides to enter. Upon entering the room, she sees a beautiful boy, sleeping with his mouth open.

Yang Liu immediately feels overwhelmed by the cuteness and feels sorry for having to wake the boy up. She takes a deep breath, kneels by the bed, and musters the courage to wake the child. "Han Wei, wake up, it's time to go to school."

Han Wei starts to stir and opens his eyes. Seeing his stepmother, the boy feels shy and embarrassed.

But Yang Liu doesn't mind the boy's reaction and continues smiling, saying, "Good morning, Han Wei. Do you know who I am?"

The boy nods and continues to look at her without saying anything.

Yang Liu sees this and says, "That's good. Today I'll take you to school because your father is still working. Do you know how to take a shower, or do you want me to help you?"

Han Wei, after processing what she said, responds in a timid voice, "I can take a shower by myself."

Yang Liu laughs, "Hahaha, okay, you're a big boy then. So you take a shower, and I'll find your clothes, okay?"

The boy nods again and gets up to take a shower while Yang Liu busies herself in the closet looking for his clothes. She doesn't notice that as the boy gets up and looks at her, with has her back turned, his cheeks turn red as he thinks, "Is this my mother?"

He shakes his head in denial, "No, Dad said she would only stay with us temporarily, while he helped her."

The boy scratches his head and whispers, "But I think she is really nice".

The boy looks one more time at her and turns to enter the bathroom.
