“State your name.” She asked.

“The Lucy that dances under the bridge.” The pink hair woman answered.

That means her code name is Lucy and under the bridge is where Moonlight had found or recruited her and based on the catalog of the members of White Crow that Moonlight had given to [Scarlet] before it matches the description she had and that means she is not an impostor.

“Why did Moonlight send you here? Aren’t I ordered him to gather all the royal children and protect them?”

When she said that except for Beckhamn everyone look at her, surprised.

White Crow are the queen's shadow guards; they will always and only protect her, particularly their mysterious leader Moonlight, who prioritized her security above all else, and now she has instructed him to protect her children?

 For Augustus and Lionel, the information is new and unbelievable, but Elliot and others are beginning to believe that the demon possession is true, and one of the probable causes is Scarlet's desire to rescue her self over others.

Did she have crow mouth? Why is there a word ‘demon’ written on her quest? She just made up that story but why it involves demons now? Not only that she just made an oath on not harming the children but this system want one of her children to die and make her feel the hellish pain? Did the psychopath [Scarlet] reincarnated as her system somehow?

“Lucy, explain!”

“Berry buried in the soil is the one who is tasked to retrieve the royal seventh child however when Berry arrived at the Pet Shop the princess is no longer there. Berry immediately interrogate and track her however he lost her trail on the main gate of the capital. Berry tried every tracking magic but for some reason the princess tracks are scattered all over the capital. Leader also tried to help but our best tracking magic always malfunctioning or always a dead end trail. Leader thinks an unknown magic is being used to prevent us from tracking her. Leader also thinks the princess is still on the capital due to enchantment of The Garden.”

Before Scarlet could say something she was forcefully grab by Ragna.

“What happen to my child? And why is she in the Pet Shop in first place?!” Ragna growled and squeeze her shoulders hard that made her grimace in pain.

“A week ago, the demon sent her in that place.” Scarlet whimpered as Ragna continue to grip her shoulders due to anger.

Scarlet knew his wrath. The monarchy authorizes slavery, and the Pet Shop is a well-known slave auction store, with demi-humans as their prize assets. Keira, the seventh royal child, is still five years old and unable to control her beast change. [Scarlet], who is still pregnant at the time, is quite grumpy and was annoyed by seeing Keira in the form of a wolf cub and decided to send her to the Pet Shop.

“Lord Beowulf, please remove your hands from her majesty.”

Everyone is surprised and looks at Lucy, who is pointing a little knife at Ragna's neck, grazing the skin and allowing a small drop of blood to pour.

When did she get close?

As one might expect from the White Crow, they are silent and fast.

“Lily threw away your knife. “Scarlet ordered and Lucy hesitated.

“Your safety is the White Crow priority, your Majesty.”

"Are you violating my orders, Lucy?"" Scarlet firmly remarked. Lucy hesitantly points down her blade, and everyone watching feels relieved; yet, the tension between Ragna and Scarlet remains, causing everyone to worry.

However Ragna is still not responding and just strengthen his grip on her shoulder like he wants to crush it.

“Ragna, I know you are worried for a child but we have an oath have you forgotten.” Siegfried intervenes.

“That's true, Ragna, if we don't put an end to the rebellion now, you won't be free and will face punishment from the Goddess. We could find the child if we properly executed the requirements of the contract," Pierre continued.

“Also, Ragna, have you forgotten the second clause? If something happens to the child, she will experience excruciating pain, and I know she will not want it to happen to her after all, she was just freed from this demon possession." Wynter reminded with a smirk

With the three persuasions Ragna finally let go of Scarlet.

Scarlet took a deep breathed and check the countdown in order to see how many time have already passed.

Almost 30 minutes.

She mentally cursed.

“Hey what is this demon possession thing?” Lionel secretly whispered to Beckham who both silently watch the whole chaos.

“I am not entirely sure but according to Lord Valentine, A demon possessed the Queen body before and now the real Queen had return.” Beckhamn summarize the things he heard.

“Nonsense.” Lionel replied not believing what he said.

“I know right.” Beckhamn agreed.

Augustus, who stands next to them heard everything and thought of the possibility that it might true. He then recounted everything that happened to Scarlet through the years.

Augustus recalls Scarlet, then fifteen years old, sitting on the throne with the former king's bloodied head on her lap, smiling as she watched her other siblings and sisters being beheaded. He assumed she was pleased that she had successfully avenged the deaths of her mother and younger brother, but he did not consider the possibility that her sudden change of attitude and cruelty were caused by a demon occupying her body.

“Ragna, don’t you have a way to find her?” Scarlet asked still enduring the pain in her shoulders.

Scarlet remember that one of the love interest of the [main character] is a from a wolf beastmen. There’s a part in the story that the [main character] and the wolf beastmen children were kidnap and the wolf beastmen claimed that dads in their tribe possessed mystical thread-like ties to their offspring that allowed them to track them down. She hopes Ragna will do the same so she can easily find the child and finish her side mission.

“Yes but it needs to take time.” Ragna reluctantly answered.

“Do you need a place to focus?” Scarlet asked.

“No. I could do it while walking.”

“I understand then there’s a change of plan.” She stated.

“What do you mean?” Wynter inquired with a raised eyebrow

“Instead of Ragna carrying a message to Commander Kroft, I shall ride with Ragna and use myself as bait to bring the rebels to the palace. I'm not sure whether everyone will follow, but we need to diminish their numbers. We'll trap and assault those that enter palace with archers, and Commander Kroft will handle the battleground. Siegfried and Beckhamn, you will both use the secret passage to siege the remaining enemies who did not penetrate the Palace. After we do all of this, Ragna and I will join Moonlight to find the child.” She explained her plan

“You’re Majesty, your safety.” Augustus worriedly said.

Scarlet looked at the old man and smiled.

“[I] was the reason for this; I must end it with myself.”

 “If there are no more complains, let begin the plan.”
