When Scarlet noticed the two giant trees close to the main palace, she sighed deeply and told Ragna to hurry up. She also glanced at the countdown timer.

“We have arrived!” As they came to a halt in the middle of the two enormous trees, one of the knights exclaimed.

Scurrying off Ragna's back, Scarlet looks around; the moon is like a massive spotlight, illuminating the stage they have been preparing for their performance.

"Get ready for the fight!” Aiden yelled a command to his knights since the enemy was drawing near.

“I found her.” Ragna announced as he changed back into a human,

“Really?” Scarlet asked, gleefully avoiding her gaze from Ragna's nude body.

After witnessing Ragna in his birthday suit, Aiden made the decision to move and block Scarlet's view of him.

Scarlet had notice that this is the first time Aiden had acknowledged Ragna’s presence; he had been treating the wolf like air since they met on the drawbridge.

‘Men and their tendency to be possessive.’ She merely shook her head.

"Yes, she has been residing in one place for a considerable amount of time now," Ragna said.

“That is fantastic! We really ought to locate her and wrap this up right away!” she adds with confidence; Ragna merely rolled his eyes and was ready to fight when he noticed that the enemies had already reached their intended target spot.

"Queen Scarlet, give up now!" Avelion doesn't need a queen like you because you have killed a great deal of people and committed several crimes!” The rebels brandished their swords in her direction and yelled in a furious tone.

“I apologize if I let you down. Nonetheless, it is you folks who are going to give up!” She retorted, infuriating the rebels even more and inciting them to launch an assault.

"Bring me the queen's head!"

"The queen must be killed for Avelion!"

"Death to the queen!""

"Leave the Queen dead!"

"Scarlet, perish!"

"Knights, guard the queen!" She heard Aiden's order above the rebels' cries as they were fighting each other.

Scarlet saw the desperation and anger on the rebels' faces and truly felt sorry for them, understanding their frustration at the years of oppression and cruelty they had to endure under [Scarlet's] rule. However, she had to put an end to them if she was going to survive.

“Let us begin, Ragna!" she commands Ragna, who is standing by her side as the fight unfold in front of them.

Ragna hated Scarlet as much as the rebel but he can’t let her die for the reason his life is still connected to her. After five years of being imprisoned he misses his family and in order to meet them again he needed to be selfish.

Ragna gave a loud howl upon hearing Scarlet's command, signaling their allies.

The rebels are taken aback, particularly when they see the knights abruptly withdraw, but before they realize anything is wrong, they hear something slicing through the air, and as they turn to see where it's coming from, arrows are already flying into them.

 “Archers!” One of the rebels cried out

"Shields! Raise your own shield! Someone yelled, but several of them were struck because they were not quick enough

“Fall back! Fall back!”

"Retreat everyone, please!"

But before the rebels can flee, there are abrupt earth tremors felt by all.

As Elliot observes what is happening within the palace, he looks at Wynter, who is standing on the balcony and surrounded by three magic circles. Even before [Scarlet] selected him as her consort, he had been aware of the prodigy of the magic tower, who is only a year older than he is, and he is astonished by his abilities.

“S-stop her!” A rebel cried, but before they could launch an attack, she raised her palm and roots sprung up out of the earth.

Since it was everyone's first time seeing such gentle magic, they were all both amazed and terrified. Aura is preferred over mana by many because not everyone possesses mana control. In contrast to mana, which is a mysterious magical energy that can be used to cast spells and control elements, aura control involves gathering the energy of the elements and envelope as well as surrounding the user with energy that can be used as an offensive or defensive tool as well as to enhance physical capability. It is extremely uncommon to find a mana user who can control plants, though, as plants have life forces similar to those of animals and humans.

“Here we go.” Scarlet whispered, as she directed the roots in the direction of the enemies.

The roots spread out and began to encircle the rebels.

“Run!” As the roots pursued him, one of the rebels yelled out; his fellow rebels attempted to cut the roots, but it just destroyed their swords.

 "Wynter! Pour a ton of mana into it!” Scarlet yelled as she looked at the three interfaces that were hovering in front of her; it’s a raise against time.

Wynter recognizes her urgency, even though he has been pouring a lot of mana to control the trees, and he is also gradually running out. He inhaled deeply and focused on focusing on pouring more mana.

Feeling the unexpected rush of mana, Scarlet used all her strength to make the roots grow faster, thicker, and longer, encircling the escape path of the rebels. While she was busy doing her thing, Aiden and Ragna were also busy fighting and pursuing their opponents.

Those who give up this war will not be killed by me, Scarlet Li Marie Vhon Salvatore.” Using amplified magic, Scarlet announced that caught everyone’s attention.

“Scarlet!” Upon witnessing her gory state, Aiden cried in fear and rushes in her direction right away.

Scarlet is now on her knees, holding a [Oath of Nyx] that she had prepared beforehand. It is slowly burning in a black flame, signifying that the promise had been established. However, this is not what alarmed Aiden; various flowers are sprouting and blooming all over Scarlet's body, staining her porcelain skin with blood. Her hair has also turned into a petal-like shape that keeps falling to the ground.

Because of this, the former Scarlet always dislikes using this skill. It not only drains her mana also causes excruciating pain similar to hundreds of needles stabbing her flesh. The last time she used this ability when she horrifically murders her entire family.

Despite her bloody appearance, she captured the attention of everyone with her flower-fairy-like appearance, as flowers seemed to bloom all over her body.

"I'll say it again: I won't kill anyone who surrenders. You might not believe me, but at least you should trust the pledge I took with the Goddess Nyx, and she will punish me if I break it!” Scarlet stated, trying to convince the rebels, in a serious manner.

The rebels glance at one another. Everyone was aware that making a vow or pact with the gods was irreversible, or else they would die or experience excruciating pain.

“I surrender!” One of the rebels yelled out and dropped his weapons.

“Me too.” A second person responded, dropping his knees and swords, and numerous others joined in.
