The tutor guy seemed extremely displeased. "For how long do we need to entertain this puny human? It does not seem to know its place."
The plain one responded. "I have no idea why our lords even entertain it. I seem to lose my appetite by just looking at it."
It? Was she being referred to as it? Akira was just too shocked. Was she such an insignificant being? She probably was.
She had regained her youth, her vigour and had thrown away her reservations like a teenager the moment she entered this place.
For a place to possess that amount of magic, it is only possible if the creator was a level One mage, who was, at the least, God level by human standards.
But things were not that simple. This area contained beings from all worlds to work together. That could not be achieved by any human mage. Beings that existed in different spheres could not exist in another that wasn't it's own. Its body was not architected that way. So while she couldn't see it, she was confident, that each being had an atmosphere similar to its own sphere, or existential plane as one could call it.
That level of magic was God magic. So she was very clear about one thing, one if not all that were present here, were Gods.
But then, seeing how they looked, had she been thought wrong?
She thought back to the lines she was at the gate's portal.
"Holy gods four are they. True is one, his name you say."
"Wait a minute," she chewed her lips, thinking to herself. "There are indeed four beings in this room, so do they represent the four gods?"
She cursed herself. She has indeed been an impudent lowly human who hadn't realised her place.
Her thoughts seemed to have calmed the brown headed god. His expression, even if only a little, softened.
If her reasoning was right, then silver hair would be the one, Napat. He had the regal look, and wisdom. Seeing how light hearted and friendly the red head was, he had to be Mitra, which meant friend.
Seeing how stern the black haired god was, there was no doubt he was Hotra, the dragon, who was fierce and proud.
Sorn had the be the light haired person.
There was a loud thump, as the red haired god fell down from his seat, laughing.
The black haired god gave a stern stare, but the hostility had ceased. The silver haired god smiled widely. He seemed to be extremely amused, but not to the extent of the red haired one.
Silver hair was the first to speak. "Let us stop teasing her and properly introduce ourselves."
Red-head nodded. He looked at Akira and laughingly said, "I am Napat, known to be the son of Apā, but in actuality, I am half of Apā."
The silver-haired one then introduced himself, "I am Hotrā, worshipped separately by some as fire and worshipped as a dragon by others, but truth be told, I am the other half of Apā."
The black-haired god said, "I am the sword of Apā, his loyal servant, his protector, and his trustworthy friend."
The brown-haired one did not have to introduce himself. He was the shield of Apā.
Akira, an Oracle who lived for over five hundred years, saw an apocalyptic vision, a vision of a powerful Asura killing lives in his wake. His eyes, red with hatred and anger, reveled in the scene of mutilated corpses with pleasure. The corpses were not only of humans, but beings of other dimensions.
As directed by the Ancients, she summoned the Gods and cried to them for protection.
Napat, the Supreme Spirit, agreed to protect the lives of the beings from the fallen Asura by reincarnating as a mere human on Gaya.
Born as a human, with no memories of his true self and his powers sealed, Napat's life is miserable. Orphaned at birth and separated from his only remaining family, his brother, he is forced to live a life of a human without mana.
Things change for the better when he is scouted by the Principal during his thirteenth year to join the prestigious Shambala Mage School that went by the name - Apā's Legacy.
As Napat, he has to desperately regain the memories he once lost before time runs out.
But as the human Prince of Shambala, he needs to master the art of wielding magic, find his brother, claim back his throne, and ultimately protect the three worlds from total destruction in the hands of the fallen Asura.
