Dick ain't listening to nothin today... throwing whatever quotes in the mix to justify his own actions... hmph
P.S: I tried to do justice drawing Maynard somewhat accurately.. hope you like it... the man's work is considered revolutionary in the field economics, concerning slump in demand side issues and advocated active government intervention as opposed to Adam Smith's free market system (or other classical economists)
