10 Easy Steps to Answering Any Question!
Have you ever had an answer just on the tip of your tongue? Or a piece of trivia that gnaws at the back of your mind?
Have you ever wondered, “Where are they now?”
Do you want to know how to make them stay?
Have you ever looked up at the stars and wondered, how many are out there? Or perhaps, how many are looking back?
Suppose you’ve ever wanted to know something and been utterly and hopelessly unable to find the answer.
In that case, these ten easy steps are for you!
Step 1: Visualize the question
Every answer must begin with a question. That may seem basic, but trust me, part of learning the truth is accepting how little you know. And how much there is to learn.
Is your question simple? Probably not. If it were, you’d simply look the answer up!
Capture your question. Understand every facet. Confront what it means.
Is it keeping you awake at night?
Does it eat you up inside?
Analyze how it makes you feel and hold that emotion tight in your chest as you proceed to Step 2.
Step 2: Light the Candles
You will need two navy blue candles. You can find suitable candles in most home decor stores or craft suppliers. Make sure they are NOT scented. That could lead to… unpleasant results.
Choose a room to light the candles. The room choice is essential. It must be roughly in the middle of whatever building you are in. If it is too close to the entrance, this guide will not work!
Turn off the lights in the room you selected. Kneel on the floor with a piece of paper in front of you. Place one candle on either side of the paper. Ensure the candles and the page are in reach, as you need to remain kneeling for the next two steps.
At the stroke of midnight, light the candles using a wooden match. No lighters! It has to be wooden. Both candles must be lit using the same match. If this does not work, you will have to start over from the start of Step 1.
Step 3: Write It Down
Take your perfectly understood question from its place in your heart and write it down on the paper you prepared. The medium you use does not matter. The type of paper does not matter. The language you write in does not matter. All that matters is that you want the answer more than anything else.
After writing the question, use the rest of the remaining space on the page to draw a flower with six petals or a six-pointed star. Whatever the shape, make sure there are six points. The exact design does not matter. All that matters is that you know it is his sign. You will know it is his sign if the only thing you can hear is his name.
Did you not hear his name? That’s okay! Clean up and start again with Step 1 after at least twenty-four hours have passed.
If you hear his name, proceed to Step 4!
Step 4: Put out the candles
It is time to put out the candles. You must do this by holding your hands flat and putting the flames out with your palms. It is crucial that you do this in one slow motion and without uttering any noise. Once you are left in complete darkness, remain kneeling for twenty minutes. After that time has passed, you will no longer hear his name. You will not remember what his name was. Do not attempt to write his name during this period.
After the allotted time has passed, you may sleep. You will awake the next morning refreshed. If the page is no longer in the room, your question has been accepted.
If your question was accepted, congratulations!
Proceed to step 5.
Step 5: Collect the Spiders
Begin collecting the spiders.
They will appear throughout the building and must be collected into a single glass jar. It is essential that none are killed, and all need to be found.
They will not hide.
They will not run.
They have come to his call.
You may use any utensil or means to place the spiders in the jar as long as none are killed. However, as an editorial note, you should get used to touching them. It will help with Step 6. You will know you are done when you have seventy-eight in your jar.
Once all the spiders are collected, return to the place where you heard his name.
You can now start Step 6!
