Rise of Shadow Arc begin

The council chamber of the Beeatrix Kingdom was filled with murmurs and unease.  

The ministers and advisors exchanged glances, unable to comprehend what they had witnessed.  

Souta Kihara, a man without title, without sacred relic, had defeated Garra —  

the sixth most powerful among the divine generals.  

This not only defied logic, but threatened the magical structure that sustained Magnapis.  

The Minister of Defense, her expression tense, questioned how such a thing was possible.  

The Minister of Relics, visibly irritated, reminded them that Garra had defeated the heroes of the axe, the maracas, and the amulet.  

— How could a man without any official recognition overcome him with such ease?  

The Strategy Advisor, her voice firm, pointed out the absurdity of the situation.  

If Souta possessed such power, why had he never revealed it before?  

Why now?  

Queen Beatrix raised her hand. The gesture alone was enough to silence the room.  

Total silence...  

Her presence was absolute. She walked slowly to the center, her eyes scanning each restless face.  

With coldness, she reminded them that her authority should not be forgotten.  

After a brief silence, Beatrix admitted that little was known about what had occurred.  

Souta was, indeed, the original. But even he did not understand what had awakened within him. The queen confessed her irritation — not only with the mystery, but with his constant sarcasm and that smile that seemed to mock the established order.  

Talrih Vandros, the king by conjugal merit, hesitated to speak. The ancient scrolls offered no answers.  

He recalled that sacred relics changed over time.  

The spear hero had once been the staff hero. The dagger heroine, in earlier times, wielded only a knife. And the pendant hero had vanished among the twenty court drones. Perhaps Souta was a variant.  

The suggestion that he might be the Sacred Hero caused an uproar. The ministers grew agitated, exchanging hypotheses and fears. Beatrix, with a cutting voice, dismissed the possibility. The Sacred Hero was a pure unit, the pinnacle of harmony between relic and soul.  

Only those who had cooperated for generations — like the heroes of the sword, spear, katana, clock, and dagger — had reached that state.  

Souta did not fit.  

The Minister of Tradition tried to argue. Souta had saved civilians, protected children, faced the impossible. Did that not count?  

Beatrix answered firmly.  

The Sacred Hero was not merely strong. He was the only one capable of defeating the Demon King.  

And for that, he needed to be in perfect harmony with his relic. He needed to drink the royal honey — directly from the queen.  

The silence that followed was heavy. They all knew what that meant.  

As the chamber dissolved into reflection, Beatrix walked back to her chambers.  

Her thoughts were clear.  

Souta was not merely an anomaly.  

He was a threat. If left unchecked, he could destroy the balance she had built with such effort.  

The Demon King had to fall. And Magnapis...  

would be hers. Entirely hers.
