In a land shrouded in mist and ancient forests, where magical kings ruled from stone thrones, lone hunters lived by the law of nature alone.
Vayne, a weary and perpetually grumpy hunter, was tracking a magical wolf through one of the border forests when a faint explosion echoed from the direction of the river.
He followed the sound—and that’s when he saw him:
A man in a light cloak, with long silver hair, a glowing face, and a smile on his lips, lying in the grass… a magical ring shimmered around him.
— “Oh, hello!”
Aelric smiled, his eyes sparkling like sunlight on water.
Vayne scowled, hand already on his sword.
— “What are you supposed to be?”
— “A helpless sorcerer?”
— “You’re lucky I’m not hungry.”
Ael stood up. He was taller than Vayne, his hair brushing his shoulders. That soft, calm voice echoed in Vayne’s head.
And when their eyes met, Vayne’s heart skipped a beat. His chest burned.
The first look… Damn it. He liked him.
Then—
A strange scent filled the air. Not a normal one. A heat?
Aelric looked confused. His body trembled, breath quickened.
— “I… don’t understand… why is this happening…”
Sometimes, sorcerers fell into uncontrollable hormonal cycles.
Vayne knew exactly what this was.
As Aelric’s hands shook and he leaned against a tree, Vayne just muttered:
— “Damn you…”
Their union happened right there in the forest.
Vayne, hands braced against a tree, panting, cheeks flushed.
Ael behind him—his vision blurred, his mind foggy. Somewhere between desire and madness.
Their ragged breathing echoed through the misty air.
Ael was rough, intense, but oddly careful.
And Vayne?
Every quiet moan he let out sent Aelric further over the edge.
Later, when their breathing finally calmed, Ael rested his head on Vayne’s shoulder.
— “Wanna go on a date?”
Vayne stared at him, wide-eyed, jaw dropped.
— “What? Are you—are you serious right now?!”
— “Yeah. That was really fun… You were sweeter than I expected.”
— “We just met!”
Vayne stood up, turned his back, rubbing his face.
— “Damn it, why are you so… cute?!”
A few seconds of silence, then:
— “Fine. One date. Just one.”
— “Alright. Just one.” (Ael’s deadly smile)
Two Weeks Later
Vayne lived in the hunters’ lodge.
For days, he’d been nauseous, had strange cramps, and his energy was completely drained. He was grumbling at everything. Even the walls.
When Kael, his old master’s nephew (and a sorcerer), came to visit, he found Vayne half-dead on the bed.
— “What the hell happened to you?”
Vayne could only groan.
Kael quickly placed a hand on his forehead. His eyes lit up green.
A moment later… they widened in shock.
— “Vayne… Vayne, you’re… pregnant!”
— “WHAT?!”
Vayne shot up.
— “No no no, you’re wrong! I don’t even have eggs!”
— “The bonding magic activated. That moment… when his magic merged with yours… it was a small chance, but… you’re carrying a half-magical baby now!”
Vayne fell silent. Then shouted:
— “I can’t give birth! My back was made to carry mountains, not babies!”
Kael, nervous, replied:
— “Want me to call him? He’s a sorcerer… maybe there’s a way…”
In a magical world where enchanted bonds can even make male pregnancy possible, Vayne — a grumpy, moody, and unpredictable warrior — accidentally gets magically bound to a cute, kind, and overwhelmingly adorable creature named Aelric… and then, well… he ends up pregnant!
Now Vayne, who used to push everyone away, has to deal with a gorgeous, lovable husband that everyone’s obsessed with — from pregnancy struggles and jealous meltdowns at the market, to full-blown fights with people who dare say hi to Ael…
This is a story full of chaos, tears, love, and a possessive little baby who wants his daddy all to himself!
Vayne only wants one thing:
No one touches his baby daddy.
Because he’s his.
Even if their own baby becomes his biggest romantic rival…!
