Inside Justin's apartment

"You did what?" Nina asked incredulously.

"Nina.. listen to me... I didn't know anything. I can swear it on my life", Justin said as he tried to hug her.

"Don't touch me! Take your dirty hands off me! It disgusts me just to think that this same hands touched another woman intimately," She angrily threw his hands off. 

"Nina...", Justin called sounding pained.

Nina then stood up from the sofa calmly turning back to look down at Justin. She had reverted back to the Ice queen everyone was familiar with. He had a bad feeling about this.

"Jay, I think we need a break." She dropped the bombshell.

"...Wait... What?.. A break?!.. More like a break up!", He stood up angrily. 

"I said I didn't know anything! I just had a drink with my business partners at a bar and the next day I woke up with a woman by my side. I don't even know if anything happened! Why can't you understand that, huhn?"

"You don't understand, do you?" Nina asked softly.

"I can't accept that MY man slept with another woman even if he didn't know anything! I definitely can't take it!"

"Nina, you don't mean it right?" Justin asked as he looked pleadingly at her.

One wouldn't know how his subordinates and business partners would feel when they see this proud and arrogant man on usual days begging a woman. But how would they know the depth of his love for the woman in question, not to talk of begging, he would do much more after all he was the one in the wrong. He didn't care about his pride if it could make her stay but unfortunately it seems like it can't.

"You know me, Jay. I am a clean and possessive freak. So I am breaking up with you, after today we would no longer be related." She replied coldly.

"Nina, I love you and cannot live without you and you know it!" He panicked and grabbed Nina's arm.

Since that first glance when he saw her for the first time at college, he had decided that she was the one and he couldn't accept the fact that she wanted to leave him.

 Nina unceremoniously threw off his hand and looked at him coldly.

"You should have thought about that before you got drunk and left yourself at the mercy of others."

Justin knew right then and there that there was no longer a turning back. He and Nina would never go back to how they were even if they got back together. He had ruined it all for them.

"Nina!"

"Stop it Jay. You knew me better than anyone. You should have guessed the result when you decided to hide it from me. Three months! YOU lied to me for three friggin' good months! and I had to find out when that b**ch decided to come look for me!"

Nina inhaled deeply to stop herself from getting agitated.

"WE ARE OVER! We were from the moment you slept with that woman".

"Nina... Can't you give me another chance? Give US another chance. I need you baby, I do."

"Another chance?!" 

Nina asked like she heard the most ridiculous thing in the world.

"You want another chance but I think you forgot one thing. That b*tch is pregnant... by you", She replied calmly while pointing indifferently at his chest.

"So there is no second chance. There never was from the minute you slept with her to when you hid it from me and to the moment I found out."

Justin: "...", He knew she was saying the truth because he knew the kind of person she was which was the reason why he his it from her in the first place. But just because he knew it didn't mean he accepted it!

Nina didn't give him a chance to say anything as she already turned towards the door and walked out leaving behind her words.

"Goodbye, Jay."
