This is an introductory episode giving some basic information, but not exposition, there is enough of that in the story as there is. There is something I want to discuss.
First, let me address the elephant in the room.
I don't want to load up on you. If you (like me) don't want to hear about politics; feel free to scroll down to where the story begins. (Episode 2 | #1 - Did You Find Everything Okay?)
This story, also known as the "Kirchwasser" story, started out as a serialized post on the /robowaifu/ imageboard, and will continue there as tradition dictates. For this reason, the serial may address issues that make some readers uncomfortable, such as specific political opinions, or crimes. The main character is a white male who some might label an "incel", because he has choosen to have a relationship with a robot. This serial examines the character's mindset often. If you have a political opinion that would make you predispossed to that kind of story, I'm warning you in advance.
The character's opinions and expressions in the story are not my own. I am writing under the viewpoint of a character and how he interacts with the world. It is intended to be entertaining, not upsetting. To be both happy, and sad. Make you gleeful, and mad. Please keep that in mind before posting a comment. The fact I feel I even have to post this might be an indication to you that it has already become a problem.
At the end of the day I just want to tell a wholesome romantic story about a guy, and his girl of choice. If you want to turn that into a political viewpoint, I don't want to hear it. Kindly, I ask you to respect my wishes on the matter. I request you have an open mind about this.
Now to a short synopsis.
The story then follows: how society treats him and his android, how he starts to make friends where he used to have none, and how his life is changed by his robot girlfriend.
Edit Jun 28th: I've removed the mature tag from the story based on suggestions from the community. This story does not contain overt sexual content. Only occasional references
