You must never display yourself in front of humans.
As soon as Yvanna was captured, her wings slowly disintegrated along with everything that
connected her to the enchanted forest. And with time, so did her memories.
Yvanna stopped in her tracks, the weight of her daughter’s question sinking in. It was
clear to her that her daughter was growing up and becoming increasingly curious about
the world around her. However, Yvanna was hesitant to reveal the truth, knowing that it
would change the way her daughter saw things forever. She felt torn between wanting
to protect her childs innocence and the inevitability of the truth being revealed in due
time. Despite her concerns, Yvanna knew that she had to find a way to address her daughters
curiosity sensitively and truthfully.
“ How lucky are you that you don’t need that stuff.”
Whew! * sweat drops*
She advised a plan to avoid catching the eyes of humans and told her daughter to be
careful and to stay hidden, as humans tended to fear and harm creatures that did not
understand. She also gave her daughter a few helpful tips, such as avoiding bright
colors and staying away from crowded areas. Tuille listened intently, eager to make a good
impression of her outing and to stay safe while doing so.
Yvanna instructed her daughter to wear this black cloak to cover their unnatural features. Tuille
asked no questions and listened obediently.
**They held hands and walked into town**
Tuille was captive by her surroundings, taking in the sights of extravagant items
displayed behind windows. While walking, she ran towards a stand where a merchant
was selling fresh potatoes. She was filled with excitement and was calling out to her mother
eagerly.
“ MOMMY! MOMMY! OVER HERE. I WANT ONE OF THESE THINGS!”
Since it’s our last day here, we might as well enjoy it.
Excuse me, may we please have two of these? Her mother politely requested the
merchant as she pointed to the steaming potatoes displayed on the counter. After
carefully counting the coins, she handed them over to the merchant in exchange for the
items. With utmost care, she handed the steaming potato to her daughter, Tuile, and
reminded her to be cautious as it was still hot.
As the young girl delicately blew on the piping hot potato, a small, wispy cloud of
condensation escaped from her lips. After patiently waiting for a few minutes, she finally
took a tentative bite and was pleasantly surprised by the delectable flavor. Excitedly,
she exclaimed to her mother, “Mama, this potato is delicious!”
As Yvanna’s daughter indulged in the delicious treat offered by the merchant, Yvanna took the opportunity to
engage in a conversation with him. She asked the merchant if he could assist her in buying a horse and helping
her cross the border. The merchant iinformed her that he had a shipment going in that direction and offered
them a ride in the carriage. However, he also mentioned that he could only take them so far, and they would
have to walk the rest of the way on foot. Yvanna thanked the merchant for his kindness and considered his offer,
knowing it would be a long journey on foot but also wary of the potential risks of using a stranger’s carriage.
Tuille was walking down the street when she noticed a family of three across the road.
She stopped in her tracks and gazed at them, taking in the scene. The father was
holding the hand of his young child, while the mother walked beside them. Suddenly,
the child looked up at the father and said the word," Papa!" Tuille felt a pang of
confusion and sadness at the sound of the word. She couldn't help but think about her own upbringing, growing
up without a father figure in her life. As she stood there, looking at the happy family across the road, she felt a
sense of emptiness inside.
“ Tuille, what are you doing near the street? You could get hurt!”
“ Mama. Do I have a papa?”
“. No, you do not have a father. You are different. You were born with just my love and my love
alone.”
When you are old enough, I will tell you the truth someday.
“ MA’ AM, THE CARRIAGE IS READY."
As the horses galloped closer, the townspeople began to celebrate the return of their
Queen. They cheered in glory as the carriage passed through their midst.
As the heavy velvet curtain began to ascend slowly, the Queen, her majesty sharp eyes caught
sight of a curious scene unfolding before her. One of her trusted servants, whom she
had known for years, was walking away with a young child, their fingers interlaced and
swinging gently with each step they took. The child appeared to be around the age of
five or six, with bright blue eyes that shone with excitement. The servant, a kind and
gentle soul, was smiling down at the child as they walked away, their steps slow and
measured. The Queen watched them for a moment, her mind racing with questions.
Who was this child? Why is my servant walking away with her?
She knew that she needed to find out more, and rather quickly.

Yvanna took a deep breath and lowered her head looking at her sleeping daughter. She worries
about her and her daughter’s future together.
She remembers bits and pieces of her life in the enchanted forest before being snatched away
from being created by a divine light sprouting from a flower.
