It's pretty easy! Hit the Publish button and select New Series in the corner. Theres a dropdown button of either Comic or Novel. Hit Novel and you're good and can start writing. Hopefully this helped :3

I think the only things that would go against that are his minimalism and his ownership of a sedan (in the stead of an SUV).
It cant be there, after all it need to be really close to rebecca's appartment for him to be able to get in there in 30 seconds (and it isnt at ground level), also we said that the only forest in his (or it's Im confused about this since the begining) domain it's the one on the north close to Fred's domain and there is a forest in the background
This is not my lair, but good on you for seeing similarities. I will say there is a forest in the north and one to the east of my lair, but that the place in which I live is resplendent with trees, so there is a fair amount of forest like scenery.
