Hi Everyone. My name's Elaina (they/them). I'm a 17 y/o artist in my final year of high school. It's really strange that this stage of my life is finally coming to an end, especially because I got accepted into University early so I know what's happening next.
In the space between now and then, I wanted work on a concept I came up with in early 2020. "Beyond a Baby Face" was originally called "Happy Kids", and it was going to be animated but I just don't have the time or resources for something like that right now. It's about a group of kids, and when I was 15 I thought I was super clever for making a story about unhappy kids and calling it "Happy Kids".
Anyway, I hope you find as much comfort in this story that I do, and that some part resonates with you - one way or the other.
