Stingrey is a lizard-like being who's species have yet to be named. The skeleton patterns on his skin are what gives him his mysterious powers; with this heat he could call forth electrifying energy only he could control.
He has no memory of his past self, which is the key that helps motivates him to keep moving forward, or be stuck wandering the endless plains until someone or something gets to him first.
