For someone who has stayed put for a long time, Ardra has come a long way. She finally admitted to herself that she doesn’t like loneliness half as much as she pretends to. And I can personally testify that the decision not to give up often comes with many challenges. But Ardra is not only determined not to let her curse define her, she is determined to find a way to end her enchantment.
I know there are a lot of questions left to be answered, but this feels like a good point to pause the story. So “Accursed” is taking a hiatus for an undetermined amount of time. Ardra and Gregor will still have adventures, and I hope I get to share them with all of you some day. But just like so many of the intrepid villagers of Mortu’us Lull, I’ve realized it’s time for me to step away from this world for a little while.
But before I do I have to acknowledge all the people who helped make this webcomic a reality. So many different artists invested their time, skills, and imaginations to drawing these pages, and I learned something new with every collaborator. Friends and a handful of strangers contributed funds to keep the story going, and their contributions were invaluable. And of course, the readers offered endless encouragement and kept me going whenever I wondered if there was a reason to keep producing it. I hope you enjoyed these tales as much as I have enjoyed writing them. Remember us fondly. And farewell … for now.

Our apologies that this week's installment is running a little bit late. It should be ready in the next couple days.
