My name is Eilie Astara and I'm a Visual Storyteller hanging up my crystal crown in the New York City area. I have illustrated 11 books, and wrote 8 of them. I write stories, illustrate stories, consult for stories, teach about story as well as create magical merch from my stories. I run an online Shop and a web-comic (Magikats!) as well as a Patreon Creator and a YouTuber. Also, I love bringing my client’s dream projects to life!
I'm charmed by cartoons, magical girls, comics and children’s books with a fascination for spirituality, magick, fantasy, and drag queens. My hair color is constantly changing, so it's hard for me to have an accurate self-portrait. I find balance with meditation, yoga, spending time in nature, and being a cat mom to two fluffy fur babies, Magic and Mossy.
