Hello, Tapastic friends
Thanks for all the interest and feedback on NO DICE. In case any of you have been wondering, NO DICE, as it is, is on hiatus at the moment. I know it's been nearly a year since I've even visited this site, but things have been very busy unfortunately. My day job and life in general don't allow much time to dedicate to a comic. If you're interested in any updates regarding NO DICE or have any questions, you can check out my tumblr/blog [link below] to get an idea of where I am with the series and what I'm doing. I'll be posting drawings related to NO DICE to help me build a better world and [hopefully] more believable characters. In the mean time, I’ll continue writing the script and posting my process as I go.

You're absolutely right. I've been changing some things around to accommodate a personal portfolio/blog and a separate page for No Dice. Thanks for pointing this out!

It’s been a month since my last blog post and thought now would be a good time to share an update on the future of No Dice.
I’ve finally landed an interview for a day job. This week’s page will not be finished in time. No Dice, in general, may have to take a brief hiatus depending on how this interview goes and what sort of hours I’ll be working. It’s a moderate commute and I won’t be in reach of a computer for a bit.
That being said, I have no intention of moving on from No Dice. I hope to purchase a laptop soon which will allow me to continue working while I’m out of town. If all goes well, I may even be able to purchase a better tablet soon.

After much consideration, I’ve decided to fall back to posting one page per week. I didn’t actually consider just how important a consistent update schedule is for readers, and that’s my fault. I admit I was wrong. On the plus side, I don’t feel nearly as rushed with this schedule which gives me breathing room to put more effort into the visual identity of NO DICE by doing covers for each chapter. It’s an idea I’ve always wanted to do, and since my education was in design, it feels good to use it in addition to illustrating the pages.

I’m not dead (yet)! I’ve just been out of town for a wedding for the last few days without a lot of time to get much of anything done. Now that I’m back, I’ll actually be able to get some work in on NO DICE. I’ll hopefully get about eight pages out in a week or so. Fingers crossed.
