I heard the news about tapas a few days ago but only just got the chance to come on now and I just want to say I'm soooooo sad :'(
Tapas was the first place I started posting my webcomics so the fact that it's closing down feels like a big piece of my art and online history will disappear and I'm sure many other people feel the same way.
You can tell I've been patchy with my comic drawing since becoming an adult with work responsibilities among other things but my mind has truly never stopped thinking about comics, my current and new ideas. I'm super grateful to have had my art reach so many people through tapas and I hope I can continue to connect with people in the future too because that's one of the best parts of drawing a comic/story!
I'll be around again as I decide what I want to do with comics and where I want my primary posting place to be.... I do have a semi-alive pattern so check it out if you want to but otherwise hope we meet again in the future :''''') thanks for everything tapas!

LMAO I'm medibang lover... I've made my setup there too efficient I've been trying but I can't switch..... Although I only use the old version that you only had to purchase once (i.e. before it became a monthly subscription)
bruh it costs $70 on steam I don't get it.. but you're an amazing artist so ig I trust you 😢
oh I use it on iPad... and I definitely didn't pay $70 so don't know if it's worth it on desktop :')

At the moment there's RTM and Clementation PDFs for paid members (only one tier for simplicity) and I think starting soon I'll put QIAFHT updates there first before they go live on tapas/webtoon. BUT if you don't have money, please join as a free member!! I'm trying to use patreon as a casual blogging place too for things I've enjoyed/thought about etc.
