I loved to draw ever since I was a kid. Although not formally trained, I managed to place a comic strip in a local paper while still in high-school. My attempts at getting that strip syndicated were futile and I moved on to college for music. Still, my love for drawing, and creative writing remained. I even landed employment at an advertising/screen printing company and newspaper in graphic related fields.
Fast forward a few decades, I self published a few children's books and started to research Manga and Anime art. My love for drawing comics were reignited when a friend gave me a used Wacom tablet and went totally digital.
My goal is to someday, procure full or part time employment in cartooning, illustration, or writing in areas I am passionate about.
