Hello, my name is Samuel. I was born in Pennsylvania, but moved to Illinois before I was even 2 years old because my father got a job in Illinois. For most of my life like many others, I didn’t believe I could draw. I had two older sibling who were both amazing (At least I thought they were) This made me not realize my true talent for years. For years I tried to draw and I just wasn’t very good at it. I figured it was something you either had or didn’t have. A couple years later I was doing 3D animation and modeling. As I learned to model someone said I needed to learn to draw anatomy on a piece of paper. So reluctantly I did so. I started doing it more as I enjoyed it. It was also at this point that I started watching anime like Fairy Tail, Naruto, A Little Snow Fairy Sugar and most of all Sword Art Online. Sword Art Online just made me want to draw and make pictures like those. I started drawing even more. And even though looking back my art was complete crap my mother saw how much I was loving it and bought me some art supplies and an anatomy book. Just having someone believe in me made me want to do even better. Now here I am still drawing and now making money. Maybe someday I’ll return to 3D. I don’t know. For now this is where I am working on getting to the point of making a living off of doing what I love
