Neff is a Writer and Cartoonist based in the San Francisco Bay Area. He enjoys the fantasy genre and is working on multiple projects offline right now. On his spare time, Neff makes money to fund his day-to-day expenses by doing something people call "full time work". He hopes this state of affairs to be temporary, only until royalties for his yet-to-be-published best-sellers start pouring in, or he reaches his retirement age, whichever comes first.
His comic, Midtoon, is online and has been worked on, intermittently, since January 2009.
