At least, until the underworld recognizes her penitence as tribute, and offers her a reward:
The ghastly, ghostly, all-powerful former Grand Duke Adalhard Aakster. Left to simmer and stew about his final betrayal for centuries.
Aakster is angry, and he is bound to her: forced to do as she pleases.
Lucasta just isn't sure what she pleases, yet.
