Dan Aroeira is a long time comics and mangá lover with a ten-year long experience in making comics for advertising and education. Before creating Samurai Boy, his award winning webcomic, Dan also illustrated and co-aothored several children's books and comics.
Professor of visual arts in some of the most prestigious universities in Brazil, Dan is a Master in Visual Arts - Cinema, at the University of Minas Gerais (UFMG), specialized in film adaptation from comics. Also specialist in Art History and a bachelor in Advertising.
Besides comic books, Dan loves samurais, romance, tv series, cartoons and videogames. And comic books.
