“Mark w-what do we we do now? The authorities will b-be here soon! I mean… i th-threw them off the balcony and they don’t know she was the DeadEye Killer…” Said Jacob as he starts to tremble again.

Mark falls silent hearing that and begins to pace around the room thinking about it.

“Th-That And your eye. If someone sees that you’ll be taken in as if you were the DeadEye Killer. I don’t want to lose you Mark!” Continued Jacob who’s somehow manages to tremble more.

I sigh hearing that and just hug Jacob. “It’ll be fine Jacob don’t worry…” he said before thinking of something. When he speaks this time though his voice and mannerisms… are off. “How’d you know I was gonna try to kill him on the balcony?”

Jacob just fell silent for a moment not able to find the words. “Wh-what?”

They chuckle. “It’s a rather simple question dear Jacob. How’d you know I was gonna Kill him on the balcony?”

Jacob again stunned by the question remains silent for a moment to think. “I-I didn’t know. I just heard Mark screa-“

“Lies!! I had Malcolm talk to you by the bar! You would have been on the other… side of the building…” they fall silent for a minute before chuckling. “It seems I have a traitor in my mits…”

“Uhhmm… th-that’s not important at the moment… we need to get Mark out of here w-without b-being caught-“ said Jacob as he was cut off by DeadEye again.

“Calm down squirt; I have a solution to our current predicament. The person you talked to is named Malcolm. He’s a friend of mine and he has a pair of the shades I normally wear to hide my eyes.”

“Wait… why are you helping us?”
