"Huh? What is it, Rere?" He asked me while i stopped in the middle of our walks.

"Look, there's minimarket across from us." Ty pointed the place that looks rundown on the outside. I nodded and we walked together there. Suddenly I realized, we need weapon to defend ourselves but I guess after we find food of course.

"Rere, I sensed *something*" He dragged me back so that we're not found. Slowly, the sound of groaning and light footsteps was heard. I closed my mouth when one of the two zombies approached me. Really, that was terrifying but they slowly walked away and left us. Probably, to find noticeable prey.

"Pheew~ I thought we're done for good." I pulled my brother and wrapped my hands around his shoulders.

"Thanks to you." He smiled and hugged my waist that reached his height.

"But really, Ty. I never thought this could happen to this world. It's like two days ago was just a dream." I sighed and rubbed my temple. He feels down too, knowing we only have each other for the rest of our life with no survivor onsight to live together.

We made it to the minimarket without any further incidents and slipped up under the cover of darkness. Many plastic snacks and others were scattered around with rats eating the inside too. We found cup noodles, some light snacks and drinkable water bottle. We spread after we reached the minimum amount of supplies and to further our search of weapon.

Then after awhile, Ty yelled little loudly.

"Rere! Come here! I found a stairs!" We're looking around and found that it's habitable to be used for us right now. But the problem is how to perfectly barricade the first floor without anything to hold them back or at least delayed them from reaching us too early, so we could escape.

So we gathered the remaining chair and table to close off the door and window. At first, we planned to nailed down the woods around any window but there's no wood and possibly it will create many noises. So, we proceed with this.

"Hah~ finally we're done! How 'bout you, Ty?" I looked at him and he froze up.

"Y-yeah, i'm done." He left me and I was wondering why he did that. But, I ignored it for the moment and followed him upstairs.

"Hey, Ty. I'm curious. How did your sensor worked? And how far can it goes?" He sat in the sofa with water bottle on his hands.

"All I know is that my sensor can picked up brainwaves from afar without me controlling it. As for how far, maybe 500 meters?" I nodded. Following besides him to sit in the sofa. We rested our head and unconsciously fell asleep together. Then moments later, I didn't feel my brother presence and got up. Everything they packed still there that means he didn't left.

I walked downstairs and found him looking around the shelves with some knife on his left hand.

"What are you doing, Ty? It's still noon. We need rest before finding other place that really reassuring to sleep comfortably."

"I know. But I need to get something for myself."
