Ankoku no Shiroi Tenshi

All of a sudden there was knocking at the door. Knock! Knock!

Who is it? Asked Bethy in her usual cold style.

It’s Marry, madam I have bring you lunch please open the door you have not eaten for 2 days now.

Who told you to bring it? Did I ask you to bring? Stay there I am not eating anything unless mother agreed on what I demanded her.

Very well madam! Marry leaves

Only two days left in the party at school and Bethy hasn’t convinced her mother to buy her a new dress. Although she has the largest wardrobe just like a princess but still she is so demanding all the time perhaps she is completely spoiled by her own father. Who happened to be one of the most influenced political personalities of the country with so much wealth and luxury. The reason being Beth’s mother is still sensible because Beth’s father married the one he loved and she belonged to a middle class family, who had the toughest life. After she got married with Beth’s father (Drake) she knew how to keep a balance in her life with her family.

Mr. Drake loved his daughter so much that he does not care about the money which sometimes irritates Jennifer (Beth’s mother). Sometimes they fight but it only lasts for seconds and the outcome always turned in Beth’s favour. This time Mr. Drake is outside the county due to some business deals and this gave Jennifer an opportunity to teach her daughter some manners which seems to be quite impossible.

After two hours hearing no sounds outside the door, Bethy finally decided to come out from her room. She stretched her body and moved down stairs in her pink pajamas.

Slowing moving towards the kitchen trying not to make any sound she finally decided to call Cindy another spoiled friend of hers. Now where is the phone? Mother must have hid it somewhere, where I can’t find. Searching for another two hours and realizing it’s not that easy she finally decided to go back to her room after munching snacks from the fridge. Suddenly realizes,

I should drink some milk. (Bottle opening sound)

What do you think you are doing? (Startled)

Oh mom! It’s just nothing I was putting back the milk as I am on hunger strike you must buy me that red dress I can’t attend the party without it (making that puppy face)

Don’t try to pull that trick on me young lady it’s not helping this time you have to wear an old dress besides they are all so pretty you just don’t realize their worth. Now you are all grown up and must learn how to handle situations in life so consider it as part of your training.

Jeez these training sessions! Dad where are you?

Just this once please I won’t buy it next time.

Oh really! Your next time is not going to come ever. I always knew you are your father’s daughter not a bit like me.

But MOM! I am your daughter as well!

You will become my daughter when you start thinking like me.

Oh mother your impossible! (Shouts)

I am going back to my room and don’t disturb me ever I am on hunger strike.

Hmmm Lord this girl will never understand anything. (Sighs)
