I can hear my pants and the constant beating of my heart. A girl looks up at me. She is the only girl who is in the web cafe, with hazel hair let loose and spectacles pushed up.
"Olivia!" My voice is but a mere whisper. Olivia does a double-take. She sags back against her chair in defeat. Olivia, in a haste, closes all windows on the computer. She walks over to me. This is our new procedure.
"You skipped school," is what I say. Olivia lowers her head. This is her silent gesture of admittance.
"Sorry," she whispers.
"Again."
"I know. I won't repeat my mistake."
I give out a satisfied sigh. I tell Olivia to go home.
The cafe owner smiles at me. It is an overdue greeting that I must return. Walking over, I say-
"I want the search history of that computer."
