I didn't say anything before because honestly I had no confidence in myself or in my audience because I had not been very active these past few months. But it was because one person asked for me that I had the courage to tell you that.
I was very lucky to have wonderful people who are helping me to overcome this.
It takes a lot of courage to get help but you want to know a secret? Admitting this is the first step.
