But honestly though, I'm definitely aware that people have insomnia way worse than how I depicted it here. This is more of a list of personal experiences so please don't take this as fact. If anyone wants to talk about their own similar experiences, I'd be happy to know. :)
Last summer i had insomnia for a week straight where i would fall asleep for like 10 seconds at a time and then wake up and be awake for the rest of the day. I became so exhausted i passed out at Macdonald's
