“Good morning Chase” she said happily. Chase knew he couldn’t close the door she now knew where he lived. “How did you find my house?” He said in awe. “It isn’t that hard when you know the art of sneaking and following” she replied in an almost laughable manner but she was serious. Chase thought to himself “I’ve gotta be careful when going to places, she’s like a ninja. How could I not have noticed her following me? Note to self-get a driver’s license.” He thought to himself. “So what did you come here for? I thought that you would hate me for what I did and how I treated you through the school year.” He asked in confusion. “Just because you were mean to me doesn’t mean you are mean. I know you, you have a kind heart. That’s why your eyes are golden in color.” She responded. “I hate my eye color it reminds me of who I am.” “And who would that be?” She asked. “A person who was abandoned on a doorstep” he said this in a voice that was both sad and depressing. “It could be worst” she said. “How could it be worst?” He asked thinking there would be no answer from her. “You being dead or not existing could be worst” she answered immediately. Chased looked at her. She was the only one who had ever answered that question. He had asked just about anyone and everyone that question. The people that couldn’t answer it would always try to change the subject or ask another question. His hand had slowly fallen from the doorknob and went to his side. It was almost as if he was standing like a cadet, listening to a commanding officer. A gust of wind blew the door open Nikeya could now properly see the boy. He was still wearing his red and black terrier pants, and a muscle shirt with no sleeves. She felt as if she was gonna faint. She was blushing. Her face was hot pink type of color from her cheeks to her ears. “Are you okay?” Chase asked. “I d-d-didn’t know yo-you were still i-i-in your PJ’s. I’m sorry.” She apologized trying not to passing out from looking at how dreamy the boy looked. She felt like she was looking at a model in disguised as a teenage boy. She resisted the urge to drool and gawked at him for two in a half minutes. “Oh yea well you see since it's summer and all that, it gets hot quickly in my room. So I wear light clothing so I don’t overheat. I was just thinking of turning the AC on.” He said. “Do you plan on inviting me in?” She asked. But in reality she just wanted to see the inside of his house. “I didn’t plan on two people being here but I don’t mind. Just don’t look at my room and don’t be stalkerish around here. But I already have a feeling that you're gonna look in my room anyways.” He said almost regretting his decision. She felt a little bad that he said that but she knew what he meant no offense to it. “You have my word” she replied cheerfully. She walked in, as the door was already open. As she walked by Chase he caught a whiff of her scent. She smelled amazing, like New York Style strawberry cheesecake, it was an invigorating smell. He quickly closed the door and walked in front of Nikeya to lead her to the kitchen. Nikeya was baffled she couldn’t believe the house she was looking at it was like a mansion. The house walls were mostly painted a mahogany wood like color, it also smelled similar to it as well. There were vases, pottery, and portraits left and right, as far as the eye can see. He led her to a kitchen that looked like a five star restaurant’s kitchen. It was beautiful with White tiled floors, to the right you can see a black Samsung refrigerator, alongside of it a green marble counter with several appliances on top of it, along with ten cabinets above the counter and twelve cabinets below it. Across from the refrigerator was a stove with a built in oven and six burners powered by propane, to the right of the stove a sink with five feet in length of counter separating them, and to the left of the stove was the pantry, which was always filled with food. The pots and pans hang above the stove, while the silverware and the cooking utensils lie beside it in a drawer.
